Le Roc: The Main Villa

Accommodating up to 8 guests, Le Roc is the heart of the property.

The villa features 4 double bedrooms, along with modern, bright and comfortable living spaces.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, storage space, as well as fiber-optic internet and smart TVs for easy access to your streaming apps.

Outside, make the most of the tropical setting with a private pool overlooking the sea, a large terrace, an outdoor lounge area, a patio and a barbecue.

It’s the perfect place to gather for a meal, relax by the pool or simply admire the views over Malendure Bay.

Ti Roc: Your Own Separate Space

Complementing the main villa, Ti Roc is a 45 m² separate apartment designed for 2 guests.

It features its own double bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace.

It is a real advantage for a couple, grandparents, friends or other members of the group who would like their own space and additional privacy while still staying with their loved ones on the same property.
